Remains close to active private capital deal-making through Penrose Capital. Data and AI leadership across Big Four (EY, Deloitte), banking (Shawbrook) and private capital (Pantheon, as Head of Data and Digital Strategist). Experience inside regulated financial institutions gives him a practical understanding of the compliance landscape.
